FEVICOL/PIDILITE ADHESIVE BENEFITS:

1. Large coverage area.
    Example : If local 1kg adhesive cover 5sqmtr then 100% pidilite will cover 7sqmtr

2. Fire Resistant , Most of local or other than fevicol adhesive are versatile and its support fire spreading , but pidilite adhesive will not support fire , simply its fire proof.

3. Green Certified for improving the indoor air quality.

4. Very LOW VOC , Mild smell and low toxicity.

5. Low Cost than other brand , e.g 1kg pidilite/fevicol will cover more space than other adhesive.

NOTE:
AR AR RUBBER Recommended Method of Application.

* Clean the substrates to be bonded so that they are free from dust/rust/oil/moisture.

* Stir the adhesive well before use to have a homogeneous material prior to application.

* Apply the adhesive by Spreader Only in thin uniform layer on the both substrates , Do not brush.

* For faster tack development & bonding , thin layer of adhesive is mandatory.

* Once the tack is developed, bonding of the substrates can be done even after 2hrs unlike rubber based adhesive.

* Allow to develope tack (best judged by change in color from greenish to colourless).

* Press it uniformly by hand pressure taking care that no air pockets/bubbles are formed.

* Cure for 24 hours at ambient (normal) temperature.

* When glasswool / rockwool substrates are bonded, application of adhesive is done Only on duct/pipe/concrete substrates.

* For underdeck application,apply minimum 2 coats of adhesive,if required extra coats depending on substrates porosity.
