Nylon conveyor belt
Compared with general cotton canvas conveyor belts, the nylon conveyor belt is characterized by high tensile strength, good elasticity, impact resistance, light weight and good trough ability. The nylon conveyor belt can lower transport cost effectively and achieve high-speed, large-span and long-distance transportation.
The physical and mechanical properties of nylon conveyer belt as following:

Oil-resistant conveyor belt
The cover rubber for oil resistant conveyor is mainly made of nitrile butadiene rubber containing high acrylonitrile, cotton canvas, nylon canvas or EP canvas can be used as strength ply.
This product is appropriate for transporting the material containing oil and the environment with various oils (Excluding fuel oil or solvent oil).
The advantages include low volume change rate, high strength retention rate, wide application, etc.
 
Acid-alkali resistant conveyor belt
It’s suitable for acid and alkaline working condition, such as phosphate fertilizer production, sea water for salt extraction etc. The cover rubber is the mixture of rubber and plastic and filled with acid and alkaline resistant inert material that the property is better than Neoprene conveyor belt. EP canvas is used as framework material, its property against acid/alkaline is more reliable than cotton canvas.

Scorching/heat resistant conveyor belt
Compared with common heat-resisting belt ,this product has the property of scorching resistance, under high temperature condition, the compact charring layer can be formed rapidly and plays a function of heat separation/scorching resistance effect, and thus it can prolong and improve the service life. It is suitable for the special transport site with high temperature(such as sintering/cement mines, etc).The temperature of the transport material can reach as high as 200 -300 ,instantaneous temperature can reach 600 .
Product characteristics:
1.A layer of special heat-resistance fabric(GF canvas)is covered on the strong force layer approaching the work face, the high-temperature polyester canvas is used for strength bearing layer.
2.Having a unique ingredient of cover rubber, a heat insulation charring layer will form on its surface during delivery of high temperature material/objects.
3.The excellent adhesive rubber recipe ensures a high adhesion between fabric layers and avoiding defects such as bubbling and delaminating, with a good stability and long service life.
 
Heat-resistant conveyor belt
The heat-resistant conveyor belt is mainly used to transport high-temperature materials, such as sinter, hot coke, cement clinker, hot castings and other materials. The EPDM or SBR shall be adopted as cover rubber respectively based on the main performance of damaged belt which lose transport capacity and different level of heat resistance; high-strength and high-penetration polyester canvas or cotton canvas are used as the strength layer
The heat resistance epoxy glass-cloth can be added in between cover rubber and framework so as to improve its service life .

Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt
Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt can be used in cooperation with corrugated sidewall conveyor, and its angle in use is commonly more than 30°。 It also could work together with the general conveying machine for the horizontal and short distance transportation. (No cleat generally)
The corrugated sidewall is vulcanized two times, and consists of base belt(its slot not more than 0.03) and sidewall and cleat(horizontal delivery needn’t use it).
